Map place names, endings and missable content read straight from the game

District map places now show the game's own names, such as Palace of Culture, Yana's Safehouse and Gonza's Clinic, read from the game files instead of a separate list. Endings come from the game's own records, 17 of them, 3 being true endings. Missable content is identified from the journal's cancelled and cancelled loose end states. Waypoints that were renamed to the game's names keep their old addresses forwarding to the new pages in English and Chinese. A full rebuild from the game reproduced the site's data. Still to do is lining up the district map art exactly with its pins, using a screenshot from the running game.

New Zero Parades Steam news and patches noticed automatically and turned into site articles

New Steam news for Zero Parades is now noticed automatically. A check runs every hour on the live site and records each new news item and game build so it gets an article, once only. The nine news items that had built up are now articles in all five languages, each with its own picture: the Director's Cut announcement, accessibility, the release, the first patch on 9 October and the console date. Press items from the same day are folded into the official post. They appear in the news list, the news feed and the site map. The newest game build has been noted for the next data refresh.

Sign in on zeroparadesdb.com with Discord, Twitch, Steam or Google from one screen

We plan one sign-in screen on zeroparadesdb.com with Discord, Twitch, Steam and Google, so your saves, media and contributions are kept on your account and you stay signed in for months. Twitch, Steam and Google already appear on the live site and reach their providers correctly. Cancelling a Twitch sign-in returns you with a clear message. Sessions last 100 days, the account you used last is remembered, and the test sign-in used in development is blocked on the live site. Discord is missing until its sign-in connection can be created, and a full sign-in with each account still has to be completed and checked on the live site.

Director's Cut changes noted for the next Zero Parades data refresh

The site's data comes from the August GOG version of Zero Parades. Since then the Director's Cut has been released on Steam, adding a new Dramatic Encounter on Quisach Roundabout, about 40,000 words of new writing, Backstage Mode and completed English voice-over. Data refreshes follow a three week schedule rather than every patch, and the next refresh is due. It will move the site to the newest installed game version, which needs the installed copy to be updated to the Director's Cut first. Each new game build is now noticed automatically and recorded here until the refresh picks it up.

Mod directory that finds Zero Parades mods by goal, framework and the patch they were updated after

zeroparadesdb.com has a mod directory in its Tools section. It lists all 17 published Zero Parades mods from Nexus Mods, and each opens on its own page there. Since every mod sits in one general category, mods are grouped by goal from their names and summaries. You can filter by framework, BepInEx, MelonLoader or not stated, and by the game patch a mod was updated after, then sort by downloads, endorsements or how recent it is. Your search, filters, sort and page live in the address. The Tools section now has its own page listing both tools, with labels in all five languages.

Open your Zero Parades save to see what your run holds, has closed off and can still reach

The Your playthrough tool opens the save file the game already writes, entirely in your browser, and the file never leaves your device. It shows your story day, hour, district, Sol, pressures and archetype, and every skill at the value the game uses, base rating plus worn gear. It lists finished, open, cancelled and unstarted tasks and your loose ends in the journal's own words, the conversations each character still has that you never opened, and the red and white checks you failed, with your chance now for white checks. A link opens the build planner already set to your character. Your run is kept in the browser and reopens on return. Opening a later save shows what changed, such as new lines read and tasks finished.

Build planner that compares your planned build with your own playthrough, skill by skill

Once you have opened your save, the build planner compares the build you are planning with your current character, with nothing to type. For each skill it shows the value on an active check, how many more or fewer passive lines you would hear, and how many more or fewer active checks you would be expected to pass, with totals. The comparison follows every change you make. Lowering Coordination by one, for example, shows the drop in lines and checks straight away. It appears whenever a playthrough is kept, and the link from Your playthrough opens the planner already set to your character.

Report a mistake from any entry page through the feedback portal, with the entry attached

Report a mistake or a bug, suggest something, or vote on what comes next through the feedback portal. The footer links to it in all five languages. Every entry page, including items, characters, thoughts, skills, conversations, districts and the glossary, as well as articles and the playthrough tool, now has a Report a mistake link. It opens the portal with that entry's name and address already attached, so the report shows exactly which page you mean and you only need to say what is wrong. The site's own unused correction options were removed. Comments, builds and screenshots players share with each other stay on the site.

Your account and kept playthrough now survive every site update

We found that each new release of zeroparadesdb.com started with an empty account store, so accounts, kept playthroughs, saved builds and screenshots would have been lost on every update. No player was affected, because no accounts existed yet. Player accounts now live in one place outside each release, and every release uses that same store. Two releases in a row were checked, and both kept the same store untouched. The site refuses to start with a store location that would be inside a release, so this cannot quietly return.

Faculty icons that scale with the text beside them, and previews that always fit the screen

The faculty icons that sit next to text on Zero Parades pages, such as on skill pages, the faculty filter and the home page faculty headings, now grow and shrink with that text instead of staying a fixed size. Larger decorative faculty art keeps its own size. Link previews now measure themselves before appearing. A preview opens below its link when it fits, above it when only that side fits, and never runs off the edge of the screen, even for cards at the bottom or right side of a list. It also repositions as you scroll or resize. Keyboard focus opens a preview, Escape closes it, and focus stays on the link.

Conversation and character pages that mark which lines your own playthrough has read

Once you open your save, conversation and character pages offer a My playthrough reading mode. Lines your run has read show as normal, and lines you missed are hidden behind a Reveal control, with a count of what you missed by speaker. A conversation you never opened hides everything, including its title. Each character on Your playthrough links straight to what you missed with them. After you sign in, your kept run is also saved to your account, so another browser shows it too. The newer save always wins in both places, and if saving to your account fails, your browser copy stays and you can retry. Nothing new is downloaded to show the marks, since your run is already in your browser.

Your playthrough shows your crew, wolf cups and achievements earned and missing, each with how to get it

Your playthrough now answers three questions players ask most about a run in progress. It shows which of the six companions are in your new crew, which of the six wolf cups you hold, and which achievements this run has earned or not. Each comes straight from your save and the game's own conditions, for example Mummy's Girl earned after calling Melita enough times. Missing achievements are ordered by how commonly Steam players have them, so the most common ones you are missing come first. Crew and cups link to their guides, and achievements link to their pages. Crew and cups show the game's own names in every language, while the achievement list appears in English only, matching the achievement pages.

zeroparadesdb.com live with the checked release, deep links in every language and search engine indexing

The checked release of the Zero Parades database is live at zeroparadesdb.com. Pages load directly at their localized addresses in English, Latin American Spanish, German, Russian and Simplified Chinese, for example the Coordination skill page in each language with the right title and heading. The site is served securely, and search engines can find all of its 12,242 pages through the submitted site map. Visits are counted without sending any account details. Player accounts are backed up every night and a restore has been checked against the live data. Releasing a new version keeps the account store intact, and the servers run within their memory limits.

Each conversation page says where it starts and what it takes to reach it

Players ask what starts scenes that no object in the world opens, such as Melita's late call. Conversation pages now have a Starts from section listing each passage in another conversation that leads into this one, with its requirements. For Melita's call the answer comes straight from the game: finish or cancel Make a Deal with Transnational Capital, do not move on to the falling ginkgo leaves, and choose Sleep in bed that night. A player had found the same trigger by trial, and the page now states it in all five languages. 50 conversations show such entries, and each entry passage is listed once.

Common Zero Parades player questions answered from a real save in one to three clicks

We replayed the questions players ask most about a run in progress on a real player's mid-run save, using only the live tools, and recorded how each was answered. All seven were answered from the save with nothing typed, in one to three clicks. The replay led to one improvement: each wolf cup your run does not hold now links straight to its own place in the cups guide, and the crew link opens the guide's section on who serves together. Those links are tied to the guide's own headings, so they cannot quietly break. One question, how to get Melita's late call, needed a new section on conversation pages saying what starts them.

Zero Parades assistant tools and browser add-on listed where players install them

The assistant skill, assistant connector and browser add-on for zeroparadesdb.com are ready and answer from the live site. Asked which faculty and pressure Cold Read uses, they answer Relation and Anxiety. Asked what the Operant Toolkit improves, they answer Blueprints by 1. German lookups return German names and pages, and a planner link can be built with your choices already filled in. The connector is now listed in the official directory of assistant connectors and installs and answers correctly from that listing. Suggestions to add the tools to two popular community lists have been submitted. Still to come are listings in the remaining directories and the browser add-on stores, which need publisher accounts.

Clean separators and game-faithful highlights across zeroparadesdb.com

The live Zero Parades database used middle dot separators in page text on ten pages, such as the item list and the map. Those are gone, and every page now passes the site's own style rules on the live site. Along the way, the map's district switcher and place groups became game-styled controls instead of plain browser ones. Coloured bars down the edge of entries and messages were replaced with the game's own look: selected items are shown inverted and messages sit in a thin frame, as they do in the game. The thin line beside nested lists stays, matching the game's journal. Game text, such as a long dash in the street police glossary entry, is kept exactly as written.

District map that stays sharp and follows every scroll, trackpad and pinch zoom on desktop

Zooming into a Portofiro district sheet now works with a mouse wheel, a trackpad scroll or a pinch, and each wheel notch eases smoothly to its target. On the full map page every input zooms. Maps embedded in other pages need the modifier key so the page still scrolls past them. Reduced motion settings jump straight to the target. Zoom stops at the sheet's own sharpness, so the painted 2,048 pixel district sheets never blur. The place finder groups every place by district, with icons, no counts, and live filtering. The district switcher, full screen, zoom and reset controls sit on the map. Selecting a pin opens its page, and Back returns to the same district.
