Faculty icons that scale with the text beside them, and previews that always fit the screen

The faculty icons that sit next to text on Zero Parades pages, such as on skill pages, the faculty filter and the home page faculty headings, now grow and shrink with that text instead of staying a fixed size. Larger decorative faculty art keeps its own size.

Link previews now measure themselves before appearing. A preview opens below its link when it fits, above it when only that side fits, and never runs off the edge of the screen, even for cards at the bottom or right side of a list. It also repositions as you scroll or resize.

Keyboard focus opens a preview, Escape closes it, and focus stays on the link.
